Gemtide Injection is a man-made version of the parathyroid hormone used to treat men and postmenopausal women who have severe osteoporosis with a high risk of fractures. It works by stimulating new bone formation, which improves bone density and decreases the risk of spinal fractures.

Gemtide Injection should be injected under the skin or given by a healthcare professional. You should use it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit from it. Usually, it is recommended to take it for a maximum period of 2 years. However, follow the doctor’s advice and complete the course even if you feel better.

Some common side effects of this medicine include joint pain, injection site reactions (such as pain, swelling, and redness), and nausea. Consult with your doctor if any of these bother you or do not go away.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have kidney stones or any other kidney problems, as it can cause an increase in the amount of calcium in blood or urine. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should also consult with their doctors before taking this medicine. Your doctor may advise a bone scan to monitor the progress of your treatment.

5 Flucel 500mg Injection contains the active ingredient as Fluorouracil. It belongs to a class of drugs called antimetabolites, which interfere with the genetic material (DNA and RNA) synthesis of rapidly dividing cancer cells, leading to their death. It is commonly used to treat breast, colorectal, stomach, esophagus, and pancreatic cancers. It can be administered in different ways, including through injection or as a cream. 

Axcer tablet belongs to the antiplatelet agent category, containing the active ingredient ticagrelor. It is used to prevent blood clots in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including unstable angina or myocardial infarction (heart attack).

This drug is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to other ingredients in it. If you are scheduled for surgery (including dental work), it is important to inform your doctor. Due to the increased risk of bleeding associated with this drug, your physician may advise you to stop taking the medication five days prior to the surgery.  If you develop irregular breathing patterns such as speeding up, slowing down or experiencing short pauses in breathing, it is recommended to consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Axcer tablet is not recommended during pregnancy or if there is a possibility of becoming pregnant. It is advised for women to use appropriate contraceptive measures to prevent pregnancy while using this medication. If you are breastfeeding, it's important to consult with your physician before taking this drug. This drug is not recommended for children and adults under 18 years of age.

Bosentan 125mg tablet contains an active component called bosentan. It belongs to the class of medicines called endothelin receptor antagonists and helps to expand the blood vessels. This medication is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Inform your doctor if you are allergic to bosentan 125mg tablet or any of the ingredients present in them. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver problems, psoriasis, or hypoglycemia (low blood pressure). 

Inform your doctor about your prescribed and non-prescribed medicine and proper diet while under medication. It will be helpful for him to treat you based on your previous medical history or make some dose adjustments. Bosentan 125mg tablet is not recommended for pediatric patients with systemic sclerosis and ulcer disease. It may affect the fertility of the male individual and the fetus of the pregnant female individual. So, Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant while breastfeeding.
